Validity and Expiry: Gift vouchers are valid from the date of purchase until the date specified on the voucher. Any remaining balance is lost after the expiry date. Gift vouchers will not be extended under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Transfers: Gift vouchers can be transferred to another customer if required. Please contact info@3greys.co.uk for advice.
Redemption:
- Gift vouchers can only be redeemed online for riding services. The gift voucher code requires input witin the apprporiate section, before it can be used.
- Gift vouchers are applied to your account as account credit. Any remaining credit not used cannot be refunded as cash.
- Gift vouchers can be used for full or part payment of riding services.
- If a service exceeds the gift voucher's value, the difference must be paid by another method.
- If a service purchased with a gift voucher is cancelled, the money will be credited via a new gift voucher or account credit, not cash.
- Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of booking.
Loss or Theft: Gift vouchers should be treated as cash. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers and will not replace them.
Usage Restrictions:
- Riders must be within our weight limit for gift vouchers to be redeemed. If riders exceed the weight limit, the gift voucher cannot be used for that rider and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase more gift vouchers.
- Gift Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other specific promotions or discounts.
- Gift vouchers do not include the cost of the booking fee.
Booking/Availability: Advance bookings are required, and these are subject to availability. The voucher number should be quoted when booking.
Amendments: We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time.
