1 Hour Hack:
All hacks are escorted by a member of our team and can accommodate experienced riders. There are many different rides we can offer within the South Downs National Park and roadwork is kept to the very minimum. These sessions are not suitable for beginners and riders must be competant at all paces. If in doubt a lesson will be required before hacking out.
1 Hour Group Lesson:
These lessons are held mostly at weekends for children. Tuition is given for half an hour and then the group are escorted out for a short ‘Doddle’ along the nearby bridleways. These are our most popular lesson choice and children do particularly enjoy the ride out.
Hen Parties / Corporate Entertainment:
We can offer a hack or lesson for your special event. Great fun for Hen parties and a real team building activity for corporate days.
We offer this to children aged 3-4 years as their first experience on horseback. As a lesson is too much for them to take in at this age, we take our younger guests out for a half hour ‘Doddle’ along the local bridleways to help familiarise them with riding.
Parents must accompany their children on this ride
Pony Care Days:
A full day of learning how to care for a horse/pony and includes two rides during the day. Subjects covered include feeding, grooming and tack care. Minimum age to attend is 8 years. Not suitable for Beginners.
A 30 minute lesson on a one to one basis to polish up those riding skills or to teach beginners the basics. These are very popular with adults and are a great way to get back in to riding after a break. Private lessons take place on weekdays only. Semi-private lessons can be arranged on request.
Birthday Party Lesson:
We can accommodate children’s birthdays with a private lesson for the birthday group. Suitable for children aged 5 years and over. These are available during the summer months only (April to October), and require a minimum of 6 riders. Please contact us via email to discuss your requirements.
